Hold down 'J' and press '1' to '8'.
Cheat 2: (Infinite lives)

Press 'J'+'K' for infinite lives on/off.
Cheat 3: (Skip level stages)

Press 'J' and '1' to '3' on keypad to skip the different
stages on the level.
