700,000 in the Garage - Press [ctrll + [space] + [m] in the menu.
Drive a police car - Enter your name as Copland.
Invincibility - Press [ctrl] + [space] + [i] during gameplay.
Edit garage.ini with notepad or a text editor and change the prices for
anything you want. Edit menu.ini to edit the money for the current saved
game with a text editor

Create a backup copy of the file before proceeding.Use a text editor
to edit the "garage.ini" file in the game directory.
GameTip 2: (Extra Money)

Create a backup copy of the file before proceeding.First use a text editor
to edit the "menu.ini" file in the game directory. Edit the amount of money
in a current saved game. Start the game, load the edited save game, then save
it in the same slow with a different name.Restart and load the saved game one
final time to collect the extra money.
